Character name: Alucard
Occupation: Elite Weapon for the Hellsing Organization; Servant and Monster of Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing.
About: Alucard is the secret weapon of the Hellsing family; a generation of demon and vampire slayers. Their own Abraham Van Helsing was the first to defeat the fabled No Life King and placed him into subjection. From then on he became a ruthless assassin to all things otherworldly under Hellsing’s command. A hundred years of the Hellsing family’s occult knowledge instilled into him were what produced this achievement. He was known as their most crowned glory. As odd as it may be though, his servitude to the Hellsing family seemed willing, as his dedication and loyalty to his master Integra Hellsing could be interpreted or compared to a lapdog-like devotion.
Despite his warranted haughtiness in the face of those weaker than him, Alucard shares a fascination for humanity. If not a deep respect for them. He sees immortality as a gift to be earned by those of great will and strength and looks down upon those who cop out for supernatural powers without merit for them. This could be exampled by his utter mortification in his eternal rival Alexander Anderson when he chose to fight Alucard as a monster, rather than a human. Alucard believed it was destiny that monsters could only be defeated by humanity and that only a mortal would be the one to finally end his extended life.

It was this belief that Alucard lived by and what motivated him to constantly put humanity and otherworldly creatures to the test against him through those long centuries. This continued on even into his servitude to Hellsing, his brief 20 year long sleep, and impending awakening by a young Integra Hellsing. He tested his might against all miscreants and midians of the night, seeing them as unworthy of even his second glance. In the events that unfolded after his awakening vampire numbers had exploded due to scientific experiments.
As the numbers began to pick up even the police force's Special Division 11 was dispatched to alleviate the problem. Unfortunately for the officer Seras Victoria, she was caught in the midst of an enemy far too extraordinary for her to escape. She was shot clean through her body by the vampire with an attempt to kill another holding her hostage. Reaching out to Alucard in her last moments was a clear sign of her answer and in turn he took her as his fledgling apprentice.
Hellsing finally was given an answer to the rise in the vampire population. It seemed that the Nazi party had risen again, under their alias Millennium, with their previous plans of creating an army of the undead. With Hellsing’s integral part of the true power-structure of Great Britain, tasked with defending the country's shores from any and all supernatural threats, Alucard was immediately ordered to search and destroy the core of Millennium. No objections were on his part as it would finally quench his thirst for a battle worthy of his supremacy.
